At Larrisy, we take pride in crafting personalized jewelry that is uniquely tailored to your preferences. Each piece of jewelry is meticulously engraved and designed to meet your specific requirements. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we have established the following return policy:

30-Day Return Policy

Unengraved items: returnable within 30 days of delivery, provided unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Engraved / personalised items: cannot be returned or exchanged unless the engraving is incorrect or the item is faulty. Please check all spelling, dates and details carefully before ordering.

Sizing: incorrect sizing on personalised items is not grounds for return. If unsure of your size, contact us before ordering.

Faulty or incorrect items: if your item arrives damaged or the engraving doesn't match your order, contact us within 30 days. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to return: email support@larrisy.com with your order number to request a return authorisation before sending anything back.

Refunds: processed within 3 working days of the returned item arriving, to your original payment method.
