The Larrisy Lifetime Guarantee

Every Larrisy piece is made to be worn every day and to last. We stand behind that with a lifetime guarantee, for as long as you own your piece.

What's covered

• Colour and finish. If the colour or PVD finish fades, discolours or wears away under normal everyday wear, we'll replace the piece free of charge.
• Breakage not caused by misuse. If your piece breaks under normal wear — not from an accident, drop, or rough handling — we'll replace it free of charge.

What's not covered

• Loss or theft
• Accidental damage, drops, crushing, or bending
• Damage from misuse, sports, or heavy manual work
• Damage from chemicals, chlorine, or prolonged submersion in water (our pieces are water-resistant, not waterproof — we recommend removing them before swimming or showering)
• Normal wear to engraving over time
• Scratches and marks from everyday contact

How to claim

Email us at support@larrisy.com with your order number or proof of purchase, and a clear photo of the piece. We'll confirm your claim within two working days and arrange your free replacement.

Good to know

This guarantee covers the item itself and is offered in addition to your legal rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Replacement is for the same or a closely equivalent piece; if an item is discontinued, we'll offer the nearest available alternative.
